Learn to make fresh, hand-shaped pasta from scratch with Italian-trained chef Michael McGrath.
In this hands-on class, you’ll mix, roll and shape an eggless vegan pasta dough into traditional Italian favorites like garganelli, pici, orecchiette and more using simple tools you likely have at home. Plus, every participant will take home a complimentary gnocchi board and the pasta they make in class.
Each ticket includes a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival (non-alcoholic options available).
Space is limited. Please note this class uses wheat, and dietary substitutions are not available.
