Need a space to hold your meeting, Class or other event?
Rent our Community Room
The BriarPatch Community Rooms at 290 Sierra College Drive, Grass Valley, Calif. and at 2505 Bell Rd., Auburn, Calif. are available by reservation. You can rent these spaces for your meetings, classes, or other events. Because we offer this service to community groups, this is NOT for promoting products or services for personal profit (exceptions may be made for health education, reasonable fees for education materials, or book sales related to meeting content. Just be sure to have any items for sale approved by the Community Room Coordinator before your event).
Maximum room capacity is 34 persons (same for both locations), and the hours of availability are Monday through Friday 5pm to 8:30pm, and Saturday through Sunday 7am to 8:30pm.
Rental rate*:
$20 per hour for non-owners
$15 per hour for owners
$30 per hour for events with admission fee
