- 8 oz California brie or triple cream cheese
8 oz aged California cheddar, sliced
4 oz fresh chèvre
6 oz salami or soppressata
1 cup cherries
1 cup strawberries, halved
1 cup red or black grapes, separated into small clusters
2 peaches or nectarines, sliced
1 cup snap peas
1 cup marinated olives
1/2 cup roasted almonds or pistachios
1 jar (8 oz) local fruit preserves
1/4 cup California wildflower honey or hot honey
1 box artisan crackers
1 baguette, sliced
Fresh basil, rosemary or mint for garnish
Directions
- Arrange the cheeses around a large platter or board, spacing them apart to create anchor points.
