Join us for a hands-on journey into the art of fresh pasta making. In this interactive class, you’ll learn to make traditional egg-based pasta dough from scratch while exploring classic stuffed pasta shapes from the Piemonte region in northwest Italy.
Working side by side, you’ll mix, roll, shape and fill dough using simple kitchen utensils like forks, spoons, knives and even your fingers! Together, we’ll create beloved filled pastas including square ravioli, half-moon agnolotti, and tortellini.
Along the way, you’ll learn techniques for transforming fresh egg-based dough into beautiful handmade pasta and gain tips for achieving great results at home. We’ll also demonstrate the best methods for cooking stuffed pasta so you can serve it with confidence. As a bonus, every participant will take home a ravioli cutter to continue practicing their new skills.
By the end of class, you’ll have a deeper understanding of traditional pasta-making techniques, practical hands-on experience, and the confidence to create fresh pasta for family and friends. You’ll also take your handmade pasta home to enjoy.
Each ticket includes a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival (non-alcoholic options available). Class size is limited to ensure plenty of individual instruction and hands-on practice.
Please note: This class includes wheat, eggs, and dairy. No dietary substitutions can be accommodated.
