Deborah’s Orchard Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Laird’s applejack 
  • 3/4 oz spiced pear liqueur 
  • 1/3 oz fresh lemon juice 
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters 
  • 4 oz dry hard cider or sparkling wine 
  • Apple or Fuyu persimmon slice 

Directions

  1. Shake the first four ingredients with ice and strain. 
  2. Top with sparkling cider or wine, then very gently stir and serve with apple or Fuyu persimmon slice.
