Before you fill out our online form, there are a few things for you to know about co-op ownership:
- A lifetime equity investment costs $200 and is refundable*. In the final step of registration, the fee will be collected securely via electronic payment.
- You have the option of paying your equity investment in installments of $10 every six months or $50 every six months until fully paid OR $200 at time of sign-up and receive a $25 shopping credit.
- Your member account must be in the name of one individual only and is nontransferable. Other persons living in your household may use your membership card to shop at BriarPatch, but joint accounts or accounts under multiple names are not allowed.
