Make a batch and see if your friends can figure out it’s got avocados!
Creamy and dreamy, with a lightness that dairy can’t give you.
Ingredients
- 2 medium-ripe large avocados, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup cocoa or cacao powder
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup or agave
- 1/3 cup coconut cream
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: Fresh fruit such as pomegranate, sliced bananas
Directions
- Blend chopped avocado in a food processor or high speed blender until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until completely combined and smooth. Put into 6-8 serving glasses and chill for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy on its own or garnish with fresh fruit.
