Join us for The Mindful Eater: Ayurvedic Habits for Optimal Health, a workshop designed to help you decode your unique body type and master your digestion. Learn why the co-op aisles are packed with powerful ingredients, and how small, seasonal shifts in your diet can transform your energy.
This class will be led by Chris Garber, faculty member and practitioner at the California College of Ayurveda Healthcare Center. Chris has been studying and practicing ayurveda since 2018.
