Community Connections – Free Class

Join Placer Resource Conservation District to learn all about native plants and how to cultivate them in your own backyard! We’ll discuss the benefits of planting native plants for local pollinators, go over common Sierra Foothills native plants and their care, and briefly discuss the unique challenges and opportunities of backyard gardening in our region.  

All attendees will come away with free native plant seeds and one lucky attendee will win a Native Plant Kit from Placer Resource Conservation District’s Native Plant Sale!

Snacks and refreshments provided.
