Happy Pride Month! 🏳️‍🌈

Pride Month celebrates lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) pride. Pride Month began after the Stonewall riots, a series of gay liberation protests in 1969. Today, Pride Month honors the movement for LGBTQ+ rights and celebrates LGBTQ+ culture.

BriarPatch will be raising our Pride flags (at the roundabout) on June 1st in honor of the movement and LGBTQ+ rights. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 

Eat Cookies, Give Back to Local Youth 

Pride Cookies! Throughout the month of June, when shoppers purchase a rainbow cookie (in the bakery), we’ll donate a portion of the sales to support Bright Futures for Youth (BFFY) & NEO’s Rainbow Social, an LGBTQIA+ group for youth and young adults. 

Save the Date! We’ll celebrate at BriarPatch with our second annual Pride on the Patio event June 29th, 1-3pm with games, entertainment and cold treats.
