Join us for an evening of mouthwatering flavors and cultural traditions as we craft dishes that warm the heart and bring the vibrant tastes of Korea to California. Whether you’re flying solo, pairing up with your Valentine or gathering with friends, this class is all about learning and connecting—one bite at a time. Anne Han, owner of Winnie Superette in Nevada City, will guide us through a live cooking demo featuring two irresistible (and vegan) dishes:
- Tteokbokki – chewy rice cakes simmered in a flavorful sauce
- Mini Kimbap – rice-based rolls wrapped in seaweed and filled with goodness
After the demo, you’ll get to savor these iconic Korean street food favorites. Did we mention that each attendee will receive a delicious drink upon arrival? 건배! 🍻
