Let’s save lives together this Summer at the BriarPatch + Bright Futures for Youth Blood Drive!
When: Thursday, July 24th, from 9am to 12 noon.
Where: Bright Futures for Youth Parking Lot, 200 Litton Drive (look for the Vitalant Bloodmobile!)
Appointments strongly encouraged.
The Vitalant Bloodmobile will be parked in the BFFY Parking Lot, 200 Litton Drive, on July 24th from 9am-12pm. One pint of blood donated can save up to three lives! Sign up to donate through the link above.
Every donor will receive a $5 BriarPatch Food Co-op coupon!
PatchWorks Volunteers can earn 3 volunteer hours by donating at this Blood Drive.

FACTS ABOUT DONATING BLOOD
- Just 1 donation can save up to 3 lives.
- Someone in the U.S. needs blood about every 2 seconds.
- Most blood types fall into one of the four major groups: A, B, AB, O.
- Less than 10% of the eligible U.S. population donates blood.
- Blood donation is safe and most healthy adults can donate a pint (about half a liter) safely, without health risks.
- Within a few days of a blood donation, your body replaces the lost fluids.
